Sewing Pattern $10 includes shipping
This original design poncho like top, with choir gown like pleats, is worn over another shirt to create a costume for a dancer or actor. It can be used for an Angel or Holy Spirit costume or to movement to a dancer's costume. Pattern includes directions for large, regular adult/medium and child sizes. Skirt, shirt, belt and flag not included. You can also make it in various colors. Suitable for male or female costumes. We added lace for the female costume wings. When holding the hem of a full circle skirt, the top gives the illusion that the wings double in size. You can also use colorful fabric to make it a butterfly.

Yardage requirements: 3 1/2 yards of 45" wide fabric or 3 yards of 60" wide fabric.
Suggested fabrics: lightweight cotton or a polyester such as Georgette.
Notions: 12" elastic, 1/4" wide, matching thread, 6 yards of 2" ruffled lace or wider if desired.
